Using Divine Proportion on Corel Painter

The digital painting layout is going to be needed for consideration so that it will be easier to get to a good idea of how a digital painting will work. The Divine Proportion tool that is used on Corel Painter can be used to help get a good idea of what to use. Here's a look at how to use Divine Proportion on Corel Painter. This tool involves not only creating a good layout but also for determining how lighting will work and how the focal point will be used on the painting.

The way that Divine Proportion works on Corel Painter is that it helps with creating optical guide lines to use for making a more accurate and realistic painting. The option can be accessed through Painter on the Show Divine Proportion menu on the Window menu. By clicking on the Enable Divine Proportion option on this menu the option will be able to be used for the particular project.

The digital painting layout can be altered by editing the composition flow to one's desires. The grid that will be used can be rotated or flipped to one's desires. This is all done with the intention of being able to get the main focal point of the painting to be well identified. When this part is identified it will be easier for the artist to work around it.

The focal point will be determined on the Divine Proportion menu by the main circle that is used on the grid. This is used to help determine where the viewer's eyes will go to first when looking at the painting. The point should then flow outward so that it will be used to help with getting a better outward look.

Light sources are essential on the painting, as they can help to determine how realistic the painting will be in that when the sources are placed correctly the painting can be seen in a more realistic light. The Divine Proportion should be used to help with how the light will be used on the painting. A separate grid that is apart from the focal point can be created with this tool. The layers should be used to help with being able to determine what areas of the painting will appear brighter than others.

Divine Proportion on Corel Painter is a great feature to use. This can help to make it so that it will be easier to create a painting based on the focal point that is desired and the lighting that is going to be used for the painting. These are all helpful and they will be great in that they can make for a perfect digital painting layout.
